Getting client feedback
The client’s view is very similar to the account holder’s view, only the client has fewer options.
The email notification the client receives from Xprove routes her directly to the log-in screen, and then to the clip to be reviewed.
The client doesn’t have to make any navigation decisions, so you’ll never have to tell a client where to find something. The client only need to remember his login (email address) and password. That's it.
When a client comments on a clip, the system notifies all team members that there is a new comment to view. When the client approves a clip, the system moves it into the Approved section and notifies the team.
